This package is ideal for those seeking deeper self-understanding, more grounded routines, and flexible support that honors both structure and spontaneity. Whether you prefer focused goals or open-ended exploration, each session is shaped around your needs and intentions.

We begin by deciding together how sessions will be structured. Some may focus more on talk therapy, others on yoga-based embodiment or coaching. The format is always responsive and co-created, allowing room to adjust as your needs evolve.

In addition to your weekly 60-minute session, you will receive a dedicated 15-minute check-in call each week. This space allows you to reflect, shift direction if needed, or simply feel supported between sessions.
