My approach is integrative and responsive, drawing from:

  • Psychodynamic therapy - to explore how past experiences shape the present

  • Schema therapy - to shift long-standing emotional patterns and beliefs

  • CBT - for practical tools and behavioral change

  • Mindfulness - to support nervous system regulation and presence

Each modality offers something different, and we move between them depending on what is most needed. Some seasons call for deep exploration; others for practical tools or grounding.

We begin with a collaborative consultation to understand your goals and what you are seeking from therapy. From there, we shape a path that suits you, whether short-term or ongoing.

The process is flexible and evolves with you. Sessions can be insight-based, reflective, or practical, always meeting you where you are.
