This offering is for those who want to better understand themselves by tuning into both mind and body. Using breath, awareness, and movement, we access insight, release tension, and build inner strength.
Each session is a chance to slow down and tune into what you are experiencing, whether it is something you bring into the space or something that arises naturally. We begin with therapeutic conversation to explore your thoughts and emotions, which then guides the physical work in a way that feels relevant and supportive.
By blending talk, breathwork, gentle movement, and body-based awareness, these sessions help you reconnect with yourself in a deeper way. Together, we listen to the body’s signals, create space for what is present, and support your system in moving toward greater clarity and balance.

Sessions often take place on a yoga mat in a more spacious and interactive format than traditional talk therapy
